Billing & Shipping

We will automatically bill you on the 1st of every month. We will ship orders out by the 7th of every month. Need an item expedited? Please contact us and we’d love to help you with your request.  Most orders are shipped through UPS or USPS.  You will receive an email from us when your item ships.  We trust nad hope that your spa box arrives safely.  Please check all items for possible shipping damage upon receipt.  If any damage has been found, please email pictures to myspahhhbox@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will help you file a claim with UPS or USPS for your shipment.

Returns

All sales are Final. If you order arrives damaged please send photos to myspahhhbox@gmail.com within 48 hours from the date you received it. Thank you so much. We want you to love your box!
