We will automatically bill you on the 1st of every month. We will ship orders out by the 7th of every month. Need an item expedited? Please contact us and we’d love to help you with your request.  Most orders are shipped through UPS or USPS.  You will receive an email from us when your item ships.  We trust and hope that your spa box arrives safely.  Please check all items for possible shipping damage upon receipt.  If any damage has been found, please email pictures to myspahhhbox@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will help you file a claim with UPS or USPS for your shipment.

Return Policy

All sales are final. If you order arrives damaged, please email us at myspahhhbox@gmail.com within 48 hours from the date you received your order.

Hassle Free Cancellations 

We hate to see you go! But! If you do you can cancel your myspahhhbox subscription at any time for any reason. If you are not completely satisfied with your Spahhh Box subscription, please contact us so that we may help address any issues or concerns right away. We want you to love your boxes!
Cancellation requests must be received by the 15th calendar day of the month prior to our next delivery. If you cancel your My Spahhh Box subscription prior to the end of a 3 or 6 month prepaid term, you will still receive the remaining boxes included in the prepaid subscription. We are not able to issue refunds on boxes that are ordered and canceled prior to receipt of the first box.
To cancel your subscription from our website, login to your account at https://www.myspahhhbox.com/customer/account. Click the Edit button below your subscription, then click the Cancel button on the next page. Follow the prompts to complete your cancellation.
